Relinquishment deed is a Legal Document / Instrument where a person legally or formally gives up or releases his legal rights of the said property being relinquished in the name of some other person. This is one of the modes of transferring rights of an Immovable Property.

We Charge above mentioned Fee for Drafting & Registration of Relinquishment Deed for carrying out the necessary documentation and other activities comprehensively to enable the Relinquishment Deed Registered.
Process Once you Purchase the Said Services & Submitted the Property Papers to us :
1) Our Legal Expert will Call you, Understand your Firm Requirements, take the relevant details for the deed drafting & Subsequently draft a Relinqishment Deed & Email you the Same for your review.
2) Upon the Finalization of the draft, You need to purchase the Stamp Papers as per Circle Rates Plus Govt Registration Fee to be Paid for which we will guide you & after that we will Fix up an Appointment at the Sub Registrar for the Registration wherein both Buyer & Seller with 2 Witnesses need to be present (with your original Aadhar & Pan Card) where our legal representative will assist you for the Registration.
3) Within 07 working days our Team will collect the Papers from the Sub-Registrar Office & Handover to you personally or courier it at your address.
