A rectification deed is a supplementary document executed between the buyer and seller to rectify the mistakes made in the original/principal deed with respect to factual and typographical errors. This is also known as the confirmation deed or correction deed.
Some of the common errors made in a sale deed are:
Incorrect description of the property such as its area and dimensions
Incorrect description of the parties such as their names and addresses
Incorrect location, address and survey number of the property
Incorrect description of revenue records
Incorrect information about prior title deeds
Incorrect details about ownership or power of attorney

We Charge above mentioned Fee for Drafting & Registration of Rectification Deed for carrying out the necessary documentation and other activities comprehensively to enable the Rectification Deed.
Process Once you Purchase the Said Services & Submitted the Property Papers to us :
1) Our Legal Expert will Call you, Understand your Firm Requirements & Subsequently draft a Rectification Deed & Email you the Same for your review.
2) Upon the Finalization of the draft, You need to purchase the Stamp Papers as per Circle Rates Plus Govt Registration Fee to be Paid for which we will guide you & after that we will Fix up an Appointment at the Sub Registrar for the Registration wherein both Buyer & Seller with 2 Witnesses need to be present (with your original Aadhar & Pan Card) where our legal representative will assist you for the Registration.
3) Within 07 working days our Team will collect the Papers from the Sub-Registrar Office & Handover to you personally or courier it at your address.
